High-Rise Italian Villa

The out-of-town owners of this high-rise condo (Park Place) in downtown San Diego needed us to perform turn-key interior design and project management to transform this vacation home from a stark, bare dwelling to an eclectic Italian villa. The entire project was completed in six weeks, on schedule and within budget. The requirement for immediate occupancy from the airport required full salt shakers, and steaks and beer in the fridge. Even the laundry room was stocked, and the bathrooms were already furnished with all the practical needs in addition to the decorative items.
